Dr. Olaf-Rüdiger Hasse, *1959, started his career in the IT industry after completing his doctoral degree in physics.

His employers include Mannesmann Data Services, Hüttenwerke Krupp Mannesmann as well as the Heyde AG. As Senior Vice President of Cap Gemini (previously sd&m AG), Dr. Hasse held several leadership positions and took over both domestic and international projects on CxO level. In his last position as COO of the Aereon AG he was responsible for operational tasks and further developing the company’s growth strategy.

As of 2015, Dr. Hasse is CTO of skills development and in authority of consulting services in the area of technological design and product development. His primary account is the newly founded skills development solutions GmbH, in which he holds a significant role in the development of the Personal Excellence Platform.

Dr. Hasse is married and has two grown-up sons.
